Welcome to FindMyEsim.io ("Platform"), operated by GG Aydin LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Services

FindMyEsim.io provides two core services:

a) eSIM Comparison: We aggregate and compare eSIM plans from 44+ providers across 200+ countries, helping travelers find the best data plans for their trips. When you click through to a third-party provider, you will be subject to that provider's terms and conditions.

b) eSIM Shop: We sell eSIM data plans directly through our platform. These eSIMs are provisioned through our licensed API partners. When you purchase an eSIM from our shop, you enter into a purchase agreement with GG Aydin LLC.

3. Account Registration

You may create an account using email/password or Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases through our eSIM Shop are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise indicated. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the payment method provided. All prices include applicable fees unless stated otherwise.

5. eSIM Delivery

Upon successful payment, your eSIM will be delivered digitally via:

- QR code displayed on the order confirmation page
- Email with installation instructions and activation details
- Your account dashboard under "My eSIMs"

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 5 minutes in rare cases. You are responsible for installing the eSIM on a compatible device.

6. Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information about refunds, cancellations, and exchanges.

7. Device Compatibility

Not all devices support eSIM technology. It is your responsibility to verify that your device is eSIM-compatible and carrier-unlocked before making a purchase. We provide an eSIM Compatibility Checker tool for reference, but cannot guarantee accuracy for all devices.

8. Affiliate Links

Some links on our comparison pages are affiliate links. When you click these links and make a purchase from a third-party provider, we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence our rankings or recommendations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on FindMyEsim.io, including text, graphics, logos, data compilations, and software, is the property of GG Aydin LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without permission
- Interfere with the Platform's proper functioning
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions
- Use purchased eSIMs for illegal activities

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG Aydin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or any eSIM purchased through it. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific eSIM in question.

12. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, network coverage, data speeds, or compatibility with your device. Coverage and service quality depend on the underlying network operators in each country.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
