At FindMyEsim.io, operated by GG Aydin LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for eSIM purchases made through our shop.
1. Digital Product Nature
eSIMs are digital products that are delivered instantly upon purchase. Once an eSIM profile has been generated and assigned to your account, it cannot be returned in the traditional sense.
2. Full Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Delivery failure: We were unable to provision your eSIM due to a technical error on our side
- Non-functional eSIM: The eSIM does not work and our support team cannot resolve the issue
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same eSIM twice
- Pre-installation: The eSIM has not been downloaded or installed on any device
3. Partial Refund or Credit
We may offer a partial refund or account credit if:
- The eSIM has been installed but data service is significantly below the advertised plan
- Coverage issues prevent you from using the service in the intended destination
- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase with a valid concern
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are generally not available if:
- The eSIM has been installed, activated, and data has been consumed
- Your device is not eSIM-compatible or is carrier-locked
- You failed to enable data roaming as instructed
- Network issues are caused by local carrier conditions beyond our control
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

2. Describe the issue you're experiencing
3. Include any relevant screenshots or error messages
4. We will review your request within 1-2 business days
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
7. Comparison Service
For eSIMs purchased through third-party providers via our comparison links, refund requests must be directed to the respective provider. We are not responsible for purchases made on third-party websites.
