How do I install my eSIM?
After purchase, you'll receive a QR code. Go to Settings on your phone and follow the eSIM installation prompts. Detailed guides are available on your order page and in the email we send.
My eSIM isn't working. What should I do?
Make sure Data Roaming is enabled and you've selected the eSIM as your data line. If issues persist, email us with your order number.
Can I get a refund?
